Project Description
High-end new-build project located in the exclusive Es Cubells area, with direct views of the iconic Es Vedra islet. This 850 m² villa is developed across three terraced levels descending towards the Mediterranean, creating a unique visual and architectural experience.

Process
Construction respected the site's natural topography and native vegetation. Materials were selected together with the architecture and interior design teams to ensure visual and functional coherence across every space.
The project obtained major works licensing on an accelerated schedule thanks to our full administrative management with Sant Josep de Sa Talaia Town Hall.
