Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration necessary to attend your enquiry and, subsequently, for up to 3 years for evidence purposes, unless you request its deletion.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability and object. To exercise these rights, send a written request to info@constructoraibiza.es, attaching a copy of your ID.
Third-Party Processors
We use Formspree (form processing) and Cloudinary (image hosting). Both providers comply with GDPR.
